Host family

Your hosts await you in Ružići: the Iljadica family – father Zoran, mother Lili, son Marko and daughter Matea.

During their numerous private and business trips around the world, and while helping their parents in renting apartments on the coast, Zoran and Lili started entertaining the thought of trying their own hand at renting accommodation.

They have chosen modern villas in Ružići to provide their guests with high-quality service and comfort in Istria’s green interior, offering a whole array of possibilities for relaxation, active holidays, sightseeing, fine cuisine, and fun.

Zoran has transferred his long-standing experience in the successful management of international companies to the processes of building, furnishing and managing the villas.

Lili is a creative project director with a keen eye for details and an aesthetic sense for interior design. She deserves the credit for the comfortable and tastefully decorated interior and exterior, where you can fully relax.

Marko is a student of digital marketing and is in charge of the visual identity of the website and promotional materials. During the content creation phase, his sister Matea, a student of tourism, was a big help.

Matea is fluent in English and German. She is very communicative and friendly, which is why she is in charge of PR and communication with guests.
